5.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5.3 User Content Ownership

As stated above, you retain ownership of Your Content. However, by using our Service, you grant other users of the same event access to view and interact with Your Content as intended by the Service's functionality.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of our Service may be subject to fees. If you choose to use paid features:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying

Free features of our Service remain free subject to these Terms and our right to modify or discontinue such features.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPWEDLOCK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapWedLock and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to solicitor's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that Your Content caused damage to a third party

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith and within a reasonable time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
